(Rion Michéle & Patrice Nuits St.Georges Les Argillières) Medium, medium-plus cherry-red. The nose has a pure and bright red-fruit core but has a rather green-pea malolactic style edge - though of quite some depth. The palate has medium depth, good tart acidity and a creamy, deep oaky, though with a rather dry tannic depth - but seems to need an extra dose of ripeness…

(Rion Patrice Nuits St.Georges Les Argillières) Medium, medium-plus cherry-red. The nose has a pure and bright red-fruit core but has a rather green-pea malolactic style edge - though of quite some depth. The palate has medium depth, good acidity and a creamy, deep oaky, though with a rather dry tannic depth - but needs an extra dose of ripeness I think.

Foral bouquet and a fruit-driven palate, with good acidity and great structure. The red fruit and the oak are well integrated, but this wine will still improve for another 2-3 years and drink well for another five. The only drawback is a very slight touch of green on the mid-palate.
