Dyp, mørk brunlig rødlilla farge. Delikat, sødmefull duft av blåbær og røde bær, snev av vanilje og mentol. Silkemyk munnfølelse, juicy, moderat syre, moderate tanniner som begynner å bli modne, bra intensitet, litt kort. Blåbær, søte mørke kirsebær, hint av pepper og mentol. Bra nå, men vil nok utvikle seg positivt i årene som kommer.

2015 reds with Jasper Morris MW (67 Pall Mall TV): A clos in the south of NSG, shared between a few producers. Down to around 1/3 new oak by 2015, and then fully destemmed (now some stems are used).
Extremely beautiful on the nose, airy and full of flowers like a good Barolo, although it seems to be closing down slightly. Good acidity, concentrated, juicy, silky and subtly persistent. Really impressive, needs 5+ years to blossom and integrate the tannins.

A private dinner at Berry Bros (The Townhouse, No 3 Pickering Place): Stunning nose of red fruits and spice. Good body without compromising on elegance. Really balanced, suspended, on the palate. With Creedy Carver chicken and pear with Hasselback potatoes and Bourguignon garnish.
