  • PnP. Saw PIGDADDYs note and basically stole that idea for dinner pairing.

    Had with chicken peas asparagus pasta in a light lemon butter pecorino sauce.
    Wow- my first aligote. I really liked this. Some Lemon, but not overpowering, crisp sharp, medium- body. Flirty, juicy, easy quaffer. Lighter than chard, no grapefruit or pithe like some sav blanc. All the good things we like from an easy drinking white to have with dinner or by itslwf on the front porch. Will buy more if find onsale.

  • pale gold; elevated citrus zest & orchard fruit aromatics; lively & bright palate, vigorous, w/balanced acidity, salty minerals linger. delicious, & so good w/dinner.
