My Fair Verona (Prince Sydney, 40 Hansard Street): Medium minus intensity aromas shows savoury with concentrated cherry, a little dried cherry in support, touch of clay/earth, sweet spice. Juicy, it's quite dried fruit on the palate, plentiful woody grainy tannic grip dries things out a bit too much, fruit doesn't persist. Time? Meh today

Classic ripasso, smooth, fruity but not overly so, well balanced, and went great with pizza! Defibotely will buy this again!

Nice, solid Valpolicella. Strong chocolate and cherry notes. Smooth finish. Did well with a pepperoni pizza. Definitely needs an hour plus to breathe.
