  Tasted at Caviste, Hampshire, UK, wine dinner featuring ten Rusden wines, introduced by owner Mark Bedford, with Christian Rusden joining online from the Barossa. My first taste of Ripper Creek and it's very enjoyable. Medium garnet colour. Lots of blackcurrant fruit, with spice and a small hint of sweetness which adds to the complexity. Not overly bold, so I like it all the more. Excellent. Suit beef steak.
