  consistent tn's. I wasn't able to wait quite a year since my last one. Really delicious, but no upside in waiting further. Aerated 30 minutes before serving. Very enjoyable medium-bodied effort that's seen fit to keep the acid/tannins/fruit in graceful proportion these many years. 13,0% abv, drink thru 2015. recommended

  PnP, that's in a very nice place right now. Cool red and black fruits on the nose and palate, with a dried herbal touch rounding out the experience. Minerals and earth brush up against lively fruits and acid by the third glass making this a very pleasant drink. Not a lot of complexity, but so well integrated at this point it's hard to ignore the balance and softness. One more left that I'll drink within the next couple of years. Approx $19 on release.

  Lovely, shimmering light ruby core. Aromas take a few moments to get started, but with some gentle swirling, notes of earth and cherries begin to emerge, a splash of leather, and with only a few more minutes in the glass, these aromas become quite vivid (subtle power, I wrote on the margin of my tasting note). There's also a subtle power to the medium-bodied palate - it combines freshness with whole doses of soil and pit fruits; there's a fullness to the sapidity, but it dances on the palate. My first time with this producer, and already they have my respect as this is a marvelous food wine. I've got a few more, and some of the 1997 Riserva as well, I'm excited to try them. Thru 2011. recommended
