Medium to full body, deep garnet colour. Intriguing aroma of black and blue fruits, tobacco and toasted oak. Predominantly plummy palate following by dark chocolate, silky tannins, gentle acidity and a bit earthy finish. Complex enough and mostly balanced, enjoyable wine. Food friendly, well pairing to pumpkin cream shoulders soup. Serve 16ºC - 20ºC. Open 2 hours ahead. Drink now while young and the next 3/4 years.

  • OK, but I would not be upset if I did not drink again.

It’s a wine to drink young - so I have marked down as drink between 2021 - 2023.

N: blackberry, plum, Cassis, chocolate and tar

T: predominately blackberry and dark fruit and tobacco. Hints of plum, chocolate, and spice.

Full bodied finish with quite pronounced tannins. Expect to soften up with an hour more in the air.

Tried with salami and spiced meats, it was a perfect match.
