Nice Vouvray Chenin Blanc. Surprisingly muted nose with apple and citrus hints. On the palate the fruit becomes more evident, apple and pear, peach, lime. Taste is vibrant and balanced and the wine has crisp acidity, which is nice in Chenins. Only thing lacking for me was the minerality which was not noticeable.

Bottle 1312g. Moderately intense aromas of pear, confectioner's sugar and something light but earthy. Plaster of Paris? Dry, but not bone-, with pronounced puckery acidity balancing a little residual sugar. Medium to full-bodied, 13.5°. OK, but I want more energy and "minerality" (don't pretend you don't know what I mean).

Bottle 1315g. Moderately intense aromas of quince and cotton candy. Dry (although there's some residual sugar, more about texture than sweetness), with pronounced acidity (cut by that RS), medium-bodied, 13.5°. Ripe for a dry Vouvray. Palate energetic but not complex, yet. Don't know if this has more to give in the future, but it's enjoyable now.
