Bottle 1414g. ☹️. Moderately intense aromas of pear, white blossom and confectioner's sugar. Dry, with elevated, prickly acidity, full-boded, 14°. Some phenolic texture and pithy bitterness. Seems youthful and tight; wants time/room to run. Pear on the palate, a little ginger. Like the fact that it says "dry wine" on the back label. Cannot explain the difference in bottle weight from previous tastings.

Bottle 1343g. Moderately intense musky aromas, honey, mushroom, baked pear. Dry, with elevated, zippy acidity, full-bodied, 14°. Pear, ginger, mushroom. Probably some botrytized grapes. A little rich, a little spicy, a little savory.

Aromas of elevated intensity, baked pear, ginger, butternut squash, sage. Dry, with elevated, spicy acidity, touch of phenolic bitterness; full bodied, 14°. Ripe and concentrated, well-balanced acidity, fruit, a few grams of rs, and the phenolic grip. Here comes the duck.
