Community Tasting Notes (1) Avg Score: 85 points

  • popped and poured - on first sniff, alcohol,- hot, subtle cedar, not much fruit, more vegetables notes, pepper and broccoli. a bit off putting. This is very soft on the palate, but there is some strcuture, very light for a 'du pape'.
After leaving open, but corked in the fridge for 2 DAYS. this got better, not dramatically, but those notes of vegetables went away. This was still a very light, one dimensional wine, but became very drinkable and enjoyable.
