  Gorgeous stuff, though it's quite obviously not yet mature. Aromas of yellow apple, poached pear, brioche, whipped cream, hawthorn blossom... full and layered on the palate, super fine creamy mousse, strong acid structure, green apple and lemon are gorgeous and pure. Long finish is a touch nutty, but the focus is filigree delicate autolytic character, tart citrus and apple. Yummy, yummy, yummy, and super classic. I would wait 3 to 5 years to try again, though there is a lot of pleasure today.
