Punchy Syrah here – but one would expect no less from a determined Parisian who settled here in Casablanca, circa 1980. I noticed all three of my bottles are uniquely shaped, so they must blow their own bottles too!
Nose of ripe berries, cherries & plums jump from the glass immediately. These are followed by traces of spice, sweet tobacco & polished leather…60 minutes later.
The palate carries a generous full body, with robust tannins and a well-developed structure. I would give this a few years in cellar to develop complexity.
