  Super nose: great lift and perfume of sweet ripe berries and a good hit of red high notes. Very fragrant and peppery, quite open and juicy with soft woody and baking spices.
  
  Plenty of richness in the mouth, decent acidity but feels a little on top of itself and muffled. Some furry to the sandy tannins. Medium plus weight, a little compacted. Juicy and characterful but lacking in definition and clarity. Could find a better balance with time?
