Community Tasting Notes (2)

  • Beautiful, rich flavors of black fruit, and subtle toasted oak anchor this gorgeous and complex offering. In typical Steven Kent style, the 2018 Ghielmetti Cabernet is elegant, rich, and because of abundant acidity, light on its feet. This is a wine – characteristic of the site – that is relatively ready to drink young and that will age beautifully for 10-15 years. Made of the last fruit harvested in the 2018 vintage, this wine is a blend of clones 30, 4, 6, and 337.
