  2nd day. Deep dark center, red rim with moderate signs of age.
  Cassis, a little blackberry, sweet, dusty, a little citrus, minerality, dried leaves and expresso.
  Smooth, chocolate, plums and blackcurrant, a little greenness (in a good way), a little gummy, jammy, balanced oak, good length.
  Very good, drinking well now after a bit of breathing.
