  Wines of Adelaide (Royal Automobile Club, Macquarie Street, Sydney): Savoury, slightly meaty, perfumed top notes, slightly baked red cherry notes. Medium plus intensity acidity, juicy, fleshy, savoury, textured grip persists long, the wine finishes slightly sour but not off-puttingly so which creates the impression of freshness, fruit slightly muted but rather pleasant anyway.
