  Red Burgundy GC 01 (London): Served single blind in flight of 4. This and the Drouhin Laroze 01 Beze stood out (to the downside) vs the supreme Rousseau Beze 01 and Bachelet Charmes 01. The Bichot was more intense than the Drohin Laroze but to the point of being slightly forced and extracted and the result of slightly heavy handed winemaking. One of the few wines that ended up in the spitoon that night.
