Hard to love this Willamette PG. Pale golden straw in the glass. Green apple, pear, melon, white flowers, and wet stone on the nose. Good amount of stone and tree fruit on the palate. It's fleshy with a biting acidity. A little more body than expected.

Tasty $20 Willamette Valley, Oregon, 2020 Raptor Ridge Pinot Gris. Sharp mid straw-gold; green fruit, citrus, lime, quince nose; low to medium acids; good depth of fruit; long semi-crisp, semi-lush finish. 16 UC Davis scale, 90 other scales.
