  Great wine to start an evening. East but interesting drinking!
  Medium lemon
  The wine has pronounced intensity with aromas/flavors of elderflower, apple blossoms, gooseberries, green apples, grass, nettles, pear. Developed, rosenip
  The wine is dry with high acidity, medium alcohol and body and high flavor intensity. The finish is medium.
  The quality is very good and can drink now not suitable for aging.

  Outstanding sauv Blanc with grassy and herbal top notes. Palate is zippy with lemon, melon and tea notes. Great grass and mint as well. Fantastic acidity. Great SB!
