Not quite as good as some of the previous iterations of this -- it's a little dilute and not quite as intensely pear-flavoured. More tart, with a bit of a diffuse quality here. Still delicious in the way Granit is, but I've preferred some of the older vintages (at the same age) more.

I had been looking forward to tasting this for some time, and finally the moment seemed right. It opened with a satisfying pop. But the taste was a big disappointment, smooth and with a touch of sweetness, but far too soft to be of any interest. I kept it in the fridge under N2, but nights two and three brought no change. Finally the next day, with only a bit left, there was a noticeable increase in acidity, which brought the whole thing into focus. It even went fairly well with sushi. Overall, I still prefer Bordelet's Argelette (cider, not perry) but at least there is some hope for this Granit.

Fine bubbles and fruity nose.
Coated mouth, very fruity, with good acidity, it is fluid and pleasant with a short but impactful finish.
It's good, but is it a good deal given current prices?
