  remarkably clear and strong fruit (cranberry and cherry), beautifully integrated tannin, hints of leather, pork fat, tobacco, coffee, nutmeg and cardamom. The layers of flavor were persistent and subtle. The finish was long and slightly sweet. While this is drinking beautifully it still has several years of life.
