Not very interesting. Tart at first, some pear; but ultimately flat and bland. Thought some time in the air would help, but that only proved to loose the sharp tartness in the beginning, which made it even less interesting.

Surprisingly pleasant litte central CA coast chard enjoyed earlier today at the monthly wine tasting at the Hickory Wine Shoppe in Hickory NC with Kim and good CT wine buddy neighborbill. Not a remarkable or memorable wine, on the othe hand a reasonable QPR at this price range and no off tones. Yellow gold, light body, short aftertaste, pleasantly crisp and acidic. Nose floral and peachy, flavors included well balanced oak and butter with hints of ash, ripe melon and mint.

Typical Central Coast Chardonnay. Not much depth but good balance. Crisp apple and a hint of grapefruit on the palate. Probably won't buy again, you can do a lot better for the money. 50+4+10+13+6
