  Organic & biodynamic wine.
  Lovely and intense with a hint of pleasant bitterness on the incredibly long finish. I thoroughly enjoyed this and would definitely buy again.

  Flavors: baked yellow apple, clementine, nutmeg, lemon zest, crushed stone, hint of white pepper

  Quality level: very good
  Potential for ageing: can drink now, but has good potential for further ageing

  Crisp and fresh and not overly fruity but subtle notes of hay, ginger and a sprinkling of nutmeg. Savoury with a hint of sweetness there’s a kick of spice and pepper on the finish. Well-balanced and very enjoyable. 90 pts
