Co - op with about 130 growers. All quartz soil. Spicy and lively, good minerality, but with some good creaminess and texture to it. Tasty stuff as it goes.

This was the second bottle of the night when the "kids" made sushi and everyone downed the sparkling wine before we had gotten very far in the meal. This was nice, not very challenging, par for PG. Bought this from Garagiste for the story--a portion of the proceeds were donated, etc. Gotta say that the last few OR PGs have been more interesting--it seems to be a weightier grape up there for some reason.

Western versus Eastern facing. Smells good, if mild and not very pronounced. Mild pear on the palate, Some green apple, fresh and lively.
