  • (100% Pinot Noir, 13.5% Alkohol) Rauchige, mineralische Nase, funky, spicy, Weihnachtsgewürze, verbranntes Holz, warm, verbrannt anmutend.

  • During a 2020 Burg walkabout tasting, so only brief impressions. The vintage showed very well indeed for both reds and whites. The reds were dense, fresh with good structure like the 2016, the whites pure with good fruit core similar to 2019 and definitely more refined than the plush 2018. TN: Lovely wine here, better than the Gevrey Village. Red fruit, Vosne spice, dense with some licorice.
