  Ruby colour with a nose of sweet baked red and black cherries, cinnamon and spices. The palate is delicious with rich, morello cherry, currants and sultanas. Nice grip and very long.

  Dark red, dark cherries, some brooding gentle spice, very smooth, perfect with stronger blue cheeses. Mamma mia, it’s lusciously good.

  Decanted for 2 or so hours, this was very smooth. Low tannins, no burn, and dry enough that four of us saw off the bottle without regrets. Very nice.
