Pale gold color. Nose is petrol, lime, pineapple, orchard fruit, melon. On the palate, beautiful acidity balance with some sweetness. Notes of green apple, citrus, tropical fruits, cantaloupe, perhaps a hint of vanilla after some air. Long and tangy finish. Great QPR.

Pale, barely yellow color in the glass. Green apples, pears, & wet slate minerality on the nose. Tart apple, lemon, & mineral flavors. Off-dry, with refreshing acidity. Excellent for sipping or as an accompaniment to lighter seafood dishes.

Great Domaines - Dr Loosen Tasting (Culture Bar Bree Street): (Tasted Blind): From steeper slopes with more iron in the soil. Floral, fragrant notes of gentle apple blossom, white peach and dried pineapple permeate the nose. Focused entry with ripe fruits, sweet apple and a smear of vanilla. The cooler vintage suits the wine well, combining a tangy, zippy acidity, giving a linear mid-palate, refreshing notes with medium length. Full of character.

Petrol note identifies this as a riesling. Green apple, lemon, white flower and slightly brioche flavor. Finish slightly short.
