Marmite yeasty note on the nose with brown apples, woody aromas and something like spicy tea - lapsang souchang, perhaps. Smells very champagne-like. Full body, touch of butterscotch here like a Palo Cortado, saline, brown apple, creamy. Big bold mature style with great freshness and aromatics. Another great release.
