Never had a Napa Sauvignon Blanc before, so I bought 2 bottles.
94% SB, 6% Semillion, made in steel tanks, 14.4% ABV.
Official tasting note from the producer: "The estate fruit captures tropical aromas of ripe mango, white peach, and orange blossom. Perfectly harmonious flavors follow true to the aromas while layers of guava, key lime, and crushed stone minerality dance on the palate. The mouthfeel is tactile and lush while savory natural acidity keep the flavors going for a long finish."
Rather unusual SB, at least compared to those grass-dominated ones from New Zealand and France. Quite fresh and lemon/acidity based with a touch of honey, decent minerality and light tropical fruits. Interesting!

Consistent with previous bottle. Delicious tropical and citrus fruit flavors with good acidity and a slightly creamy mouthfeel. Paired fantastically with assorted Puerto Rican tapas.

Consistent with previous bottles. Citrusy, slightly tropical fruits with a creamy mouthfeel but still plenty of acidity. Delicious wine and paired great with a big bowl of steamed mussels provencale.
