Took over half an hour and then some to open in the glass. Very powerful dark cherry fruit and spice liquer. Smoky nose. Excellent wine just needs a couple of years to round out. 93-94

Lay & Wheeler Italy Growers' Tasting: Brief notes: berry fruits and spices on the nose. It's dense and concentrated yet light on its feet. Powerful yet elegant. One of my favourites of the tasting.
