Still too young. Needs to be let warmed after the wine cooler. Straw colour. Nose is jasmin, melon, vanilla and oak. Dry, mod acid, mod body. Ripe green melon, stone fruit, salted candy. Mod to long finish. Great with Arroz con Pollo (chicken rice) Based of previous vintages, I will retry in a couple of years as they tend to simply get better and never shine when young.

Wow - this is great. Delicate, custardy, slightly herbal nose. The real action is on the palate, though, with grip, drive and length, and plenty of absolutely delicious tangerine fruit. Almost tannic on the finish, which simply doesn't give up and is full of joyful passion fruit flavour. Yum, yum, yum - and likely to improve from here.

Xiquet w/ PML (Xiquet (Washington DC)): A little reductive maybe? 24m French oak but it doesn't show a ton of vanilla/cream. Citrusy. Lean. Very light oak impression. High acid. Slightly bitter.
