No idea how much this cost, but it’s well into “decent” champers territory, something between £55 and £85. Pale lemon in colour. Low intensity nose, brioche notes, ripe fruit on the nose. A stunning mousse. Bone dry (it is zero dosage), crisp, citrus notes, pronounced intensity and a lovely length. Again, the score is lifted by its balance.
