  Organic wine, slightly cloudy.
  A bit timid on the nose at first but quite a powerhouse on the palate with a crazy long finish.

  NOSE:
  Intensity: medium
  Aromas: mandarin orange, orange zest, lemon zest, hint of wet tree bark
  Development: developing
  
  PALATE:
  Sweetness : dry
  Acidity: medium
  Alcohol : medium
  Body: medium (+)
  Intensity: medium (+)
  Flavors: tangerine, orange zest, ripe yellow apple, lemon zest, hints of nutmeg and white pepper
  Finish: long
  
  CONCLUSIONS:
  Quality level: very good
  Potential for ageing: can drink now, but has good potential for some further ageing
