  At Boston Wine & Poker, Needham, July 17, 2022: (Tasted blind) Crazily transparent. Our drinking water comes from a local pond, and what comes out of our tap often has more color than this wine. But, the wine has considerable intensity -- high acidity, some bitterness, slightly prickly, clearly young, and latently aromatic. I was able to identify it as Italian, but nothing more specific. An exciting wine with a lot of potential.
