  Delicious white wine to start Easter Sunday lunch. Smoky and floral; with a lovely flinty mineral edge. Hard to identify as Sauvignon Blanc - I would have called it as an Alto Adige Pinot Bianco blend. Great wine and getting better with age.

  Excellent wine. Mineral and pretty complex with plenty to green fruit balanced very nicely with a hint of creaminess. Not your typical Sauvignon Blanc in a very good way. Held up well over two nights. Will leave the others alone for a while as I think this will age very nicely and show a little more with time in the cellar.
