  Appearance: Clear, pale lemon
  Nose: Clean, medium+ intensen. Green pepper, grass, lemon, eucalyptus, apple, fennel.
  Palate: Dry, medium+ acidity, medium body, medium intensity, medium finish, medium alcohol.
  
  This is a good quality but simple wine, some primary fruits complemented by sufficient acidity. For it to be a very good wine it would need more diversity in fruits and complexity.
  Not suitable for bottle ageing.
