  Primary impression is that of cooked/stewed fruit. Baked cherry, desiccated plum. There's some amount of VA in here and the alcohol hits hot.
  Some brown sugar, molasses, and baking spices open up. Also some smoked nuts and roasted chickory/mocha notes.
  All in all a little overripe for me, but it'll appeal to Cali Pinot lovers and others who require that big juicy Pinots.
