Mid to full garnet. Lovely nose, expressive sous-bois and caramel. Quite light on the palate with mellowing red fruit. Firm acidity on the finish possibly a little too prominent for the rest of its frame, but a pleasing drink. ***

Initially tired and bretty and then suddenly this wakes up, comes into full focus, and just cruises. Savory, brown spices, pine notes, still a touch of red fruit. Drink up though.

What a delicious village burg. Light velvet colour. Nose offers up ripe small red fruit, nice 2ndry characteristics, sous bois, dry leaf, spice, leather, violets. Lovely well balanced palate, complete from front to back. Great central acid core. Clean and impressive finish.

light ruby red colour. Nose offers up strawberry, dark cherry, spice and undergrowth. Soft ripe fruit with nice acidity. VG.
