1,000th Tasting note. Popped and poured. Really exquisite nose, made me think of a little brother of Cayuse. The nose was like pork belly sushi. Notes of seared pork fat, seaweed and warm soy sauce. The palate showed flavors of citrus peel, soy and tobacco leaf. The wine was a bit underwhelming on the mouthfeel. Was hoping for something a little fuller. Finish lasted and lasted. Would love some more of this wine. Would purchase again.

Not bad. Still holding up and can probably lay down for a couple more years but its not going to get much better.
