NobleRottersSydney - Champagne (Fix, St James, Sydney): {14.9%} [Greg] A late arrival from last month’s theme! Bright red fruit aromas, jubey and jammy. Medium acid, low dusty tannins. Warmly alcoholic, quite full-bodied, but always dry; doesn’t verge into fruit-bomb sweetness. Right now it’s rather too young. Not sure about long term balance but give it a few years at least.

This is my favorite Malbec. Smooth, balanced, food friendly.

Lovely Malbec 100% French oak, 10% is new. Mixture of high altitude vineyards created a relatively light Malbec. Outstanding with a steak.

Blindsmaking. Mørk og lett reduktiv. Uryddig lukt. Solid frukt med gode tanniner og syre. Lukket. har potensial til å øke noen poeng. 265,-
