Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • Organic.
This is supposedly a blend of grenache, syrah & cinsault but the very peachy nose & palate also have a distinct hint of banana to them that makes me think that there is maybe even a dash of something else in there? Rolle/vermentino comes to mind, having tasted the white version of this wine awhile ago, which was quite banana-centric. In any case, the nose is quite fragrant, although not particularly complex, but that's fine. The palate is fresh with nicely balanced acidity and a finish that goes on for quite some time. Overall, a good rosé from this region but lacks complexity for my personal preferences.
