  Pale golden colour, smells of quince and apricot with a little bit of lovage in the background, full body, has a little bit of residual sugar, so not completely dry, second glass has a nice and crisp acidity, in the mouth quince and apricot, In the aftertaste quince, apricot and a little bit of acidity, good length (15 sec), really good Riesling.
