I served this in my wine course. Some skin contact. Nose of sultan raisins and nuttiness. Medium weight. Excellent finish includes ample acidity and citrus bitters. Outstanding.

Clearly shows the influence of skin contact, but in a good way. Adds a herbal phenolic grip to the high underlying acid.
