Perfectly cellared since 2017. Nicely mature nose displaying sweet yellow fruit, baked apple, apple peel, a hint of ginger, caramel, sweet spices and mineral. Very good concentration, nicely layered yellow fruit, sweet and warm, medium generous fine mousse, bright acidity, good mineral, and a medium to long sweet yellow fruit driven sweet finish. Cellaring added much sweeter fruit expression and rounder palate.

Bought two years ago. Light gold. Ripe apple, ripe lemon, stemmy floral notes, almond, hazelnut, croissant, brioche, light vanilla, and some smoke, with good acidity and very good length of the almond-bitter finish. Medium- to full-bodied, with creamy mousse and a creamy texture. Well-balanced. Good value. Larissa loved it.

Very nice half bottle with a lighter, apple-y version of champagne. As it warms gains more complexity and interest. Enjoyable finish to the week.
