There's so much citrus here. Lemon juice and peel, grapefruit and tangerine. It is direct and intense and oozes minerality. It has fabulous richness and cut and the finish is saline mineral central and powers on. Very good wine.

Pale straw in colour. Concentrated but discreet aromas full of white fruits, minerals and slightly wood. On the palate, clean, fresh, brilliant for summer. Chablis signature savory is well balanced by wonderful complexity of lemon, peach, floral and smoke. This bottle changes my mind on Chablis - the breath of the ocean can be so fabulous, not just annoyingly salty I foolishly suspected before.

High toned and with great tension. Very tight knit at this stage still showing fresh citrus, with prominent chalky and loamy notes on the palate. Really great quality and expression.

tasted at the domaine; a warm site per Benoit and usually one of his first grand crus to come around; ripe apple and pear with meyer lemon, crushed stone and floral notes; a hint of crushed stone with air; seems pure and delicate on the palate, but you can sense some underlying power and density; very good
