  • Pretty color of dark gold.

    Champagne nose of citrus, yeast, green apples, brioche, spices and minerals.

    Medium plus in body with high acidity, and small to medium sized bubbles.

    Dry on the palate with limes, green apples, light herbs, earth, minerals, yeast, light grapefruits, spices and sea salt.

    Tangy finish with limes and minerals.

    This is a gorgeous Blanc de Blanc Vintage Sparkling from Russian River Valley. Showing nice complexity, and sprinkled with freshness.

    This 11 year old is tangy and interesting, soft and elegant. The nose feels very fresh and young.

    Good right out of the bottle, and better after 45 minutes of airtime.

    A good quality wine that will continue to age nicely in the next 10 years. Would be nice to revisit it in 5 years.

    Nicely balanced and feels like a young Vintage Champagne.

    Paired beautifully with the caviar. Delicious.

    100% Chardonnay grapes from a Single Vineyard. Disgorged in 2021. A small production of only 3,600 bottles.

  • Lovely light gold color. Lemon zest and some golden yeast up front. Long finish of toasted brioche. Fine thin bubbles in the glass. A true blanc du blanc
