  Tasted at Cristom Winery tasting room. Bright medium lemon yellow color. Nose has distinct tropical fruit notes, lemon oil and limestone-like minerals. The palate has bright acidity, is bone dry, showing mixed tropical fruits and some papaya flavor. Very long aftertaste. Lovely wine, everything you could want from a world-class Pinot Gris!
