Tasted after 1 hour of air. This is really starting to open up. Zesty lime fruit with a good hit of crushed rocks. Excellent balance. Plenty of mid palate verve. Better than the last bottle I had on this.

Tasted after 45 minutes of air. Tangy citrus fruit. Some mineral on the mid palate. I like this better than last time. More complex. Interesting after opening up with some air. Limes.

Tasted after 45 minutes of air. This needs time to open. Very closed upon opening. Didn't get anything from it. Now I'm starting to get some nice iime zest on the nose. Mineral. Strong lime notes. Interesting mid palate. Quite a bit going on and it is constantly evolving in the glass. Well balanced. Very nice. I suspect some of the lower scores for this are from tasters (myself included) who popped and poured.

The idea is to capture the tree fruit. Smells like acacia barrel but its been out in the sun and got warm. He wanted the texture to also be there and linger and stick on the tongue. Great summertime wine for a fish house is the idea. Totaly dry but all the way through malo. Freedom hill is a warm site which helps this late ripening variety.
On second taste its lovely nose and then texture to it. Salt and savory. On the palate with good minerality.
