  • Nose: citrus, mandarin, white flower, banana, hints of jackfruit, cheese, honey
Notes: coming from a rather cold and difficult year this wine shows plenty of steel and minerality on the palate upon opening. As it slowly opens up more flavors and complexity begins the reveal with expressions that are quite Chablis dedicated such as the coolness and hints of cheese. This needs at least 2 hours of opening before consumption and should gain more potential with more aging. I would cellar it for another 3-4 years before approaching it but I think this is an excellent wine and great effort from the maker.
