Full body, bright golden yellow color. Aromatic, apples, white garden fruits and nice floral aroma. Ripe apples, melon and baked apricots on the palate, mineral and spicy on long finish. Rich but easy drinking, soft, creamy texture, complex and well balanced, completely integrated oak and traced acidity. Food friendly, best match is poultry or crayfish. Serve 12º - 14º. Open about half hour in advance. Post matured, drink up.

So very young, hard with mineral green apples. Difficult to judge at this stage but should come out great. Great wine.
